The BD-8214 rotary valve lock can be locked to prevent the isolated power source or equipment from being operated accidentally until the isolation is completed and the lockout/tagout is removed. Meanwhile, using the lockout tags to warn people that the isolated power source or equipment cannot be operated accidentally.
