Exothermic welding powder
Description
The DW exothermic welding powder (low-temperature heating) can prevent the formation of martensite and bainite during welding. It is mainly used for rail lines, return rail lines, rail jumpers, rail joints (continuous lines), and rail cables. Due to its excellent electrical conductivity, reliable bonding performance, and stable vibration resistance, it is widely applied in subways, light rail systems, trams, and railway transportation.
The DW exothermic welding series (cable-to-rail) has been certified by IEEE837, UL467, IEC62561, CE, and ROHS.
