Description

SWL grounding improvement material is a new powder grounding improvement material which has been improved by Sunlight's many years of practice. This series of products has effective recovery resistance, high corrosion resistance and stable conductivity. It complies with the international standards of IEC, CE and ROHS. This series of SWL grounding improvement material is suitable for integrated grounding systems such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, railway, telecommunications, etc.

Environmentally friendly:

In terms of raw materials, Sunlight tests and controls the heavy metals in the raw materials to ensure that they meet environmental protection requirements. During construction, reasonable distribution of material particles can effectively reduce dust.

Anti-corrosion:

The raw materials have high conductivity and stable physical properties, and do not react chemically with metal materials. At the construction site, the grounding enhancement material (GEM) becomes a colloid after mixing with water, and adheres closely to the metal grounding electrode after solidification, preventing the electrode from being corroded by corrosive gases, acids, alkalis and salts.

Effective resistance reduction:

The specific resistance of GEM is lower than that of the soil, and the formed gel penetrates into the soil, increasing the contact area between the electrode and the soil, thereby reducing the resistance.

Stable conductivity:

The backfill composition does not lose its value with the seasons, and there is no reaction, ensuring the stability of conductivity under changes in temperature, humidity and the environment.
